Top of the “avoid” list – coffee. I have battled anxiety and nervousness for several years and had seen it getting progressively worse as I aged. Coffee is a huge contributor to anxiety – if you drink a lot, cut back or stop drinking it. You’ll notice the difference and you’ll feel much better. Don’t get me wrong, I loved my coffee, even the smell of a good brew, but my sanity and health are much more important. Great post

I was about to write “cut off coffee/caffeine ” because coffee seems like the cure of all the thing no matter how simple or severe they are but it can be dangerous in general anxiety or depression so what else you can do? you can always smell the coffee by keeping a jar around you and take a whiff. happy to see you back to life .

Excellent suggestions! It amazes me how people don’t understand the caffeine connection including sodas. I would like to add, avoid or limit watching the mainstream news. Look for funny videos instead. 🙂 Thanks for the follow!
